Linking to the ChiTaRS

You can make the links to ChiTaRS using:

  1. organism names (human,mouse,fly,rat,cattle,zebrafish,yeast,pig=1),
  2. ChimeraID (e.g. searchtype=chimera_id&searchstr=AB795239),
  3. Gene names (e.g. searchtype=gene_name&searchstr=BCR,ABL1),
  4. Entrez Gene IDs (e.g. searchtype=gene_name&searchstr=613,25),
  5. Gene UniProtKB AC (e.g. searchtype=uniprot&searchstr=D6R904),
  6. Chromosomes (e.g. searchtype=chromosome&searchstr=1,X,Y)
and also to use search filters:
  1. Hi-C (HiC=1),
  2. Rank (rank=1),
  3. Junction consistence (junconsis=1),
  4. Sense-ANTIsense (sensAsens=1),
  5. Read-through Chimeras (readthrough=1),
  6. Mass-spec Hits (masspec=1),
  7. Breakpoints (brkps_info=1),
  8. RNAseq evidence (more_info=1).
